On Friday 30 January, Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate in Franschhoek is hosting an Italian inspired evening of food, wine and song in collaboration with Pasta e Basta.
Amsterdam-based Pasta e Basta is a concept restaurant where the staff are all academy trained opera singers who break out in song during the meal. The group has performed all over the world and now they’ll join local vocal group from Khayalitsha, Ikamva
Welcome drinks will be served from 18:30 to 19:00, and the Italian menu served by Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst will be served at 19h30.
