Alright stop, it’s Chardonnay time. The next Wine & Dine collab at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate in Franschhoek is coming at you on Friday, 29 April at 7pm. And from the looks of things, this isn’t one to miss. Just check out the menu below, but beware, we take no responsibility for drool on your keyboard.

FIRST

Butter poached, BBQ lobster with XO quinoa sea sand, pickled kombu courgette, ponzu infused cucumber and dill gel, with sweet miron gribiche.

Confit guinea fowl and salt cured duck spindle with a mixed bean and Turkish apricot ragout, vanilla parsnip and wagyu bouillon.

DeMorgenzon Chardonnay Reserve 2015

THIRD

Farmed cob with coconut Laksa air, baby leeks, fermented black garlic and smoked Alaskan crab butter.

Chocolate Forest Greenhouse – 80% hazelnut pot au crème with Tonka bean semi-freddo and Madagascan vanilla poached shemeji mushrooms.
