Grub & Vine Norval launches elegant Summer Picnics

In the mood for some summertime al fresco dining?

Book a picnic with Grub & Vine Norval to enjoy in the Norval Foundation’s picturesque Sculpture Gardens.

Picnics are R295 per person (R590 for a basket for two) and include access to the Sculpture Gardens.

  • Feel the sunshine on your skin while you tuck into a host of delights from the restaurant’s elegant picnic offering which includes a selection of South African cheese and cured meats, biltong, apple & walnut salad, bacon and mushroom quiche, beef sausage roll, carrot cake, scones, freshly baked bread, piccalilli, jam, water and Chef Matt Manning’s famous Scotch Egg – all packaged in a gorgeous tote with picnic blanket.

The picnics are available between Wednesday – Sundays from 12 pm – 5 pm from November to April 2025. Wine can be purchases from Grub & Vine Norval to take along on your picnic. Unforunately, no BYOB (bring your own booze) or BYOP (bring-your-own-picnic) allowed!
