Who has come up with this genius? Owner Claire found herself dissatisfied with working in a confectionary store in the USA and realized this did not aid a healthy lifestyle. After discovering a bakery in Miami that baked healthy treats, Claire came back to South Africa and Guiltless Protein Bakery was born.
Guiltless Protein Bakery offers breakfast, lunch and treats such as brownie batter, strawberry cheesecake, protein flapjack stacks with blueberries and bananas, cookie dough protein bars, carrot cake, red velvet cake, bon bons and peanut butter brownies.
Claire opened Guiltless Protein Bakery because she believes there is a huge market for healthy baking. “I truly believe you don’t have to sacrifice treats to live a healthy lifestyle,” she adds.
