The Welnamis is a next generation of this type of concept bed. Its new programmes focus on not just the type of music and vibration you’ll be experiencing but also the frequency and intensity at which these programmes are delivered.
After a 30min meditative treatment, your body feels as rested as a full night’s sleep and available for R595 pp.
The four new programs are designed with specific brain wave frequencies intended to promote:
- Stress Relief – recommended for first-time users. Fosters a deeply relaxed yet present state of mind.
- Mindfulness – activates creativity, insight, dreams, and light sleep, often associated with REM sleep.
- PowerNap – fosters a deep regenerative state associated with deep sleep which is the most restorative part of a person’s sleep cycle.
