Homespun by Matt is now distilling their own gin!
Set in motion by their bar manager, who used to work in a gin distillery, the restaurant purchased a 2.7LT potstill and started experimenting with flavour combinations.
Their first gin has juniper, orange, cinnamon and star anis as the main profile. Be on the lookout for more gins in the collection.
