The Honey Inspired Evening promises an exquisite culinary journey, meticulously crafted to highlight the versatile sweetness of honey. For R450 per person, guests will be treated to a four-course menu that begins with an Amuse Bouche of Saldanha Bay Oyster, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The first course features a delightful twist on comfort food with Chicken & Waffles. The second course showcases the rich flavors of Harkerville Honey Glazed Pork Belly, a true testament to local ingredients.
