Japanese is about more than sushi at Ginger and Lime
Did you know that the Japanese create more than just delicious sushi? I know, right? Who knew?
To add to their South African, Thai and Italian-themed interactive (you don’t stay at one station and are encouraged to mingle) cooking classes, Ginger and Lime Food Studio is fast-tracking it back to Tokyo in a new Japanese-inspired class that will have you saying motto kudasai.
Bring your chopsticks down to Ginger and Lime on 25 April for dishes such as spice seared tuna, glazed baby aubergines and ginger and sesame ice-cream. And yes, there will be sushi too.
