• With a glass of Moët & Chandon welcoming you, the evening promises an unsung symphony of love in every bite. The 4-course menu showcases a choice of dishes, ensuring a feast for the senses.
• The amuse-bouche introduces Red & White Quinoa Croquettes with mixed peppers and mushroom aioli, setting the tone for an evening of diverse flavors. Starters include the classic Caprese with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, and fresh basil, as well as a tantalizing selection of 4 Way Oysters and Beef Carpaccio.
• For mains, indulge in options like Juicy Beef Fillet, Norwegian Salmon, or the delightful Burrata Pasta featuring creamy burrata cheese. The dessert, Verdicchio Milky Tart, adds a sweet finale to this banquet of love.
