Taking place on the 28th of March at 19:00, this culinary extravaganza is priced at R450 per person.
What’s on the menu?
- Prepare your palate for an evening of indulgence starting with an Amuse-Bouche featuring a creamy mushroom vol-au-vent perfectly paired with Christiena Trousseau MCC Brut. The journey continues with a starter of Grilled Chicken complemented by Cherry Tomatoes, Rocket, and Feta Mousse, paired with Christiena Trousseau Chardonnay.
- Each course is meticulously crafted, from the Grilled Calamari with Lemon & Herb Sauce to the Grilled Beef Steak accompanied by Pinotage Slow Braised Oxtail and Caramelized Baby Carrots, expertly paired with Christiena Trousseau Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage respectively.
- Indulge your sweet tooth with a decadent Warm Orange Cake Drenched with Brandy & Berry Sauce served with Pistachio Ice Cream, perfectly accompanied by Christiena 10-year-old Brandy.
