For the main course, guests can enjoy a duo of sliced roast beef served on a fresh rosemary skewer with a red wine de-glace, alongside a slow-roasted beef short rib bredie. These delectable mains are accompanied by roasted butternut and creamed spinach stack and creamy mashed potatoes. The dessert menu is equally enticing, offering a trio of croissant butter pudding with cranberries, custard and vanilla ice cream, a deconstructed peppermint crisp mud-slice, and a white chocolate condensed milk tart topped with pistachio nuts and cranberries.
