American-inspired 3-course menu for Restaurant Week at Pablo Sandton

Restaurant Week is back!

It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.

Pablo at The Mint Hotel, sees the restaurant synonymous with brunch expand its culinary journey, marking a trip through the Mediterranean and onto the Middle East, as the establishment transitions to an all-day and full-dinner experience.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

From 27 September – 3 November, Pablo Sandton will be serving an American-inspired 3-course menu for lunch & dinner at R445 pp.

These themed menus are available that allow you to travel to a different taste destination with every course bringing exciting flavours.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
Spicy, crispy chicken wings served with celery sticks and a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Classic Shrimp Cocktail
Plump and juicy shrimp served chilled with avocado, tangy cocktail sauce and a wedge of lemon

Loaded Potato Skins
Crispy potato skins topped with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, and green onions, served with a side of sour cream
