On Sunday, the 25th of November, Jozie’s healing-watering-hole, Mootee Bar in Melville, will be hosting another edition of their famed Jam Alley events!
Once a month the team from Mootee invites bartenders from local Joburg bars to take over the drinks and the playlist!
This month’s event is set to be a winner, look forward to four local rum ambassadors showing off their mixology skills by crafting delicious rum-centred cocktails. Each ambassador will use their skills, competing to sell the most drinks on the day! The winner won’t just take the “rum master” crown but also takes home the “Mootee Rum Royalty” floating trophy, and of course, bragging rights.
This month’s local talent at the helm of the DJ decks will be the full bar team from Sin Tax bar – your other favourite Joburg watering-hole in Rosebank. Although they’re more comfortable mixing drinks rather than tunes, they’ll be providing some classic beats and good laughs.
