Two Five-Course Dinners not to miss with Reuben Riffel & Haute Cabriere

They say too many cooks spoil the broth. But not in this case.

Reuben Riffel has been in the game a long time so he knows a thing or two – such as which wine to pair with his spectacular culinary creations. The wine of choice? Haute Cabriere.

You must be sure not to miss their Nose to Tail Haute Cabriere dinner on 1 August. Held at Reuben Riffel’s restaurant at the Capital Moloko, the beloved chef is joined by chefs Richard Carstens and Nic van Wyk and together they’re throwing a celebration of everything from tripe to offal. The cost is R550 per person for 5 courses and wine pairings and there are only 30 seats available. Haute Cabriere winemaker Tim Hoek will also be present to take guests through the wine pairing.

Following this is another five-course wine pairing dinner on 2 August where the three chefs will be throwing their best recipes into the mix to create a fresh culinary experience. The cost is also R550 per person.
