Moya’s Sauvignon Blanc 2019
- Local is lekker with a homegrown sauvignon blanc. A winning wine from the Hemel en Aarde valley is a complex white with tones of guava, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, asparagus and straw. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, vegetable dishes and goat’s cheese.
Quinta Dos Qautro Ventos 2015
- This Portuguese blend is made for rich pastas, beef, lamb and game dishes. Fragrant blackberry and blackcurrant is perfectly offset by balsamic vinegar and smoky leather tones, with vanilla on the finish.
Sandman Imperial Reserva (Port)
- A crackling fireplace in a bottle; this is perfect for winter weather. The Portuguese are at it again with this fruity wine and its refreshing acidity and red berry and sultana flavours. Great with mature and hard cheeses, or just snuggling under a fluffy blanket.
