- Onto the mains, enjoy grilled beef fillet, warm potato terrine, charred cauliflower, confit tomato & merlot jus or oven roasted kingklip, braised pak choi, seafood portage, crispy chipirones or arancini, wild mushrooms, napolitana, olive tapenade & parmesan
- To end of the night, indulge in our mango parfait, dark chocolate tart & granola sorbet or strawberry & vanilla panna cotta, macerated strawberries & fudge crumble
