Come to the Maropeng Boutique Hotel at the Cradle of Humankind on Saturday 24 August from 09:30-12:30 to hear from award-winning environmentalist, Vincent Carrthers, who will be launching his compelling book about the history of this site. The book will provide clear evidence of our origins in the Cradle of Humankind with fresh insight gained from leading scientists and researchers. Prof Amanda Esterhuysen from Wits and Marion West from HartRAO will also speak. The event takes place during the 2019 Magalies Rocks the Cradle Festival. Books will be on sale at the event.
