- A choice of pan roasted ribeye steak, carrot purée, cured cucumber, radish & spring onion ‘salad’ & red wine reduction or chicken supreme roasted mediterranean vegetable, sweet Potato disc & tomato lemon gremolata or tuna niçoise, sliced over cherry Tomato, haircot verts, olives, new potato & red onion, drizzled with roasted garlic aioli or red thai curry (v) mushrooms, broccoli, bamboo shoots, Bok-choi & chickpeas, steamed basmati rice & roasted peanuts
Dessert
- Light it up with your choice of a chocolate brownie, champagne jelly, espresso chocolate ganache & orange sorbet chocolate shell a white chocolate mousse with chocolate brownie soil and berry compote or popcorn panna cotta, salted caramel paint & fudge crumble or mango parfait, mango & mint salsa, meringue drops
