Malfy Settantacinque Cocktail
Ingredients
- 25ML MALFY CON LIMONE
- 20ML CLEMENTINE JUICE
- 15ML SIMPLE SYRUP
- 20ML LEMON JUICE
- 75ML CHAMPAGNE
Instructions
- Shake the first four ingredients and strain in a flute.
- Top up with Champagne and garnish witha a lemon twist and star anise.
Malfy Sgroppino Al Lampone
Ingredients
- 50ML MALFY CON LIMONE
- 15ML FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 SCOOP RASPBERRY SORBET
- 25ML PROSECCO
- MINT
Instructions
- Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe over a large scoop of raspberry sorbet.
- Top with Prosecco and garnish with a mint leaf.
Malfy Con Arancia Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
- 50ML MALFY CON ARANCIA
- 150ML FEVER TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC
- ORANGE WHEEL
Instructions
- Build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange wheel.
