Scientifically Stellar Wines, Help ANOVA Wines through Thundafund

ANOVA Wines, created by SenseLab – a laboratory that feasts on the senses – is creating scientifically spectacular wines. Give them a helping hand through Thundafund, so they can make their dream of creating wine that has the ideal sensory profile a reality.

With a tasting panel trained to pick up and determine various sensitive nuances in wine, Anova helps wineries better understand their wines, the preferences of their consumers’ and develop the wine of their dreams.

Dr Leanie Louw, a super sensory scientist, decided that it was time to put their money where their mouth is and develop a brilliant wine based on the ideal sensory profile in its category. By taking an in-depth look at the best Shiraz wines in South Africa, they have created a scientifically proven winning Shiraz wine.

Why ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis of Variance, is a statistical tool that sensory scientists use to understand what wines taste like. A NOVA is also the birth of a star – causing the star to shine brightly when its light finally hits our viewing distance. So, ANOVA wine is a stellar wine based on science.

Take a look at their milestones below:

One:

Provide you with a stellar wine of course. Using the crowdfuding process in order to help fund our project and to enable us to create exquisite shiraz at scale so that we can create market it to you at an affordable price – R300 per bottle.

Two:

Our second goal would be to make this wine accessible to all wine loving South African’s as quickly as possible.

Three:

The bigger plan would be to create a movement. We want to bring about change in the SA wine industry and ensure more female voices be heard and acknowledged. By this point we wish to reach our tipping point goal of R300 000 – 1000 purchased bottles of ANOVA Shiraz.

Four:

We want to build a community. A group of people passionate about wine and interested in the latest wine news and trends.

Five:

You receive your delicious bottle of case of ANOVA wine soon after we have reached our goal of R600 000 – 2000 bottles of ANOVA Shiraz.

The only problem you’ll have to face if you don’t act soon, is that you did not buy more…
