Ingredients
- 50ml Flowstone Snuffbox gin
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Directions
- To get the perfect foam, shake the ingredients together without the ice, then add ice and shake for another 20 seconds.
- Pour carefully into a cocktail glass, keep the ice back.
- The foam will float to the top.
- Grate a dusting of nutmeg and cocoa over the top for garnish
