Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank is inviting guests to a special Iftar dinner from 28 February to 29 March 2025, between 18:00 and 21:30.
Priced at R350 per person, this event offers a diverse menu that blends traditional and contemporary flavours.

- The meal begins with table plates featuring dates, beef and vegetable samoosas, and chicken pies. The cold mezze selection includes artisanal breads accompanied by hummus, marinated olives, sundried tomatoes, feta, tzatziki, and babaganoosh. Salad options range from mixed leafy greens with red onion and marinated tomatoes to tabbouleh, Arabic-style couscous, and classic Caesar salad, complemented by various dressings, sauces, and pickles.
- Main courses offer a variety of dishes such as butter chicken curry, Sayadieh (Arabic roasted line fish), Shish Tawook (spiced grilled chicken), traditional beef korma, braised potato and chickpea coconut curry, and haleem soup, all served with pilaf rice.
- Desserts include Malay spiced milk tart, pistachio and rose knafeh-style baked cheesecake, almond and saffron spiced basbousa, and seasonal fruit salad.
