The Col’Cacchio new Summer menu, sees crunchy salads, healthy and fresh pizzas, and a tangy new dessert added to the Italian-inspired franchise known for its thin-base wood-fired pizzas.
Col’Cacchio were one of the first in the market to introduce carb-conscious options for pizza, salad and pasta, and now also offer gluten-free and vegan alternatives, plus the low-calorie Foro range of pizzas.

Giardino Salad
A spinach, rocket and lettuce base, with zucchetti, broccoli, avocado, egg, sesame seeds and truffle yuzu dressing.
Sorrento Salad
Roasted butternut, roasted red pepper, grilled baby marrow, pumpkin seeds, basil, spicy seed brittle, sweet potato strings, ranch dressing
Zucca Pizza
A butternut and tomato base, topped with vegan cheese, roasted butternut, roasted beetroot, rocket, avo, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Citrus Pancake
Pancakes topped with fresh orange segments, orange sauce, vanilla ice cream.
