The high tea in the Winelands is available for only R295 per guest.
You will be served a creative, tiered selection of seasonally inspired sweet and savoury delights, freshly baked by the incredible culinary team.
A sample menu of what to expect includes the following:
- Guava and Lime Cheesecake
- Valrhona Ariaga Noire Chocolate, salted caramel and Marshmallow Browies (GF)
- Tropical Sunrise, Coconut almond sponge cake, Passionfruit Mousse & Apricot compote
Canelè (V) - Smoked Salmon Mousse & Squid Ink Éclair (GF)
- Savory Mini vegetable muffin (V) with herbs & crème fraiche
- Eggplant Mousse, Cheese cracker with Red pepper Gel
- Provençal vegetable and cream cheese Finger Sandwich (V)
The cost also includes your choice of Premier Cru tea, artisanal coffee or glass of LOrmarins Brut NV. A firm favourite on the menu is the L’Ormarins range of Cap Classique wines, which can be enjoyed with each high tea experience and can be ordered directly from the tasting room staff on the day of your visit.
