I’ve never been shy to admit that I don’t know very much about wine. So much goes into the creation and I find it all quite intimidating. Also, I find it quite pretentious when people tell you what to smell and what to taste – and if you disagree, you get their judgey face.
But it’s time to learn.
The lovely Karen Glansfield from KGB (not the Russian one) Wine has taken over UnWined from Cathy Marston. She explains that, “The courses offer a great setting to share any questions you have ever wanted to ask about what’s in your glass or how it actually got there.” Just what I need.
So, if you’re keen to learn more, taste some delicious wines, and have the chance to buy them at catalogue prices on the night, drop Karen an email on karen@kgbwine.co.za.
