Kitchen Cowboys – the only Destination for Sumptuous, Hearty Food!
Started by food alchemist Pete Goffe-Wood, who has been cooking professionally for over 23 years, Kitchen Cowboys has proven to be a popular food choice amongst market goers, establishing their name with their Aged Chalmar Sirloin Sandwich – carefully crafted and served on artisanal sourdough Ciabatta with lashings of their homemade onion marmalade.
Due to popular demand they have extended their range to include a super 200g hand ground cheese burger with all of the trimmings. For those of you with a serious appetite there is also a Pork Belly Sandwich as well as Pork Ribs, both liberally doused with their very own Smoked Chilli BBQ Sauce – all of which are grilled to order over state of the art Weber Grills.
What’s more, all of their produce is either handmade by their passionate team or is locally sourced through artisanal producers!
