Fuego & Susie Chatz-Anderson host the monthly La Noche Latina event with recipes from A Bite of Latin America on the 20th of October at 18:00.
Join Fuego to learn about typical Latin ingredients and how to make some of our favorite dishes from Mexico, Central, and South America.
R 300 per person includes a welcome drink and a 3 course meal.
This month, they start off in Mexico with the Paloma cocktail (think grapefruit margarita) while you munch on Mexican style guacamole, elotes, and house-made nacho chips. Then you will journey off to Peru with ceviche while you help to prepare and learn different ways of making ceviche. Followed by the main dish from Brazil and Argentina.
Come with your dancing shoes, you might learn a salsa or merengue dance move or two.
