Little Saints is a farm-to-table restaurant and we believe in real food. Their food is sustainable, grass fed, organic, fresh, free range and locally sourced. The restaurant uses the best coconut oil, butter and olive oil and we don’t believe in processed ingredients.
Little Saint – Food for living
The concept is driven by the joy and experience of eating food that tastes amazing, that also enhances your lifestyle and is good for you. They have experienced the benefit of eating ‘food for living’ in their own lives and want to share this with everyone.
Santi had grown up in a remote village in the North West of Spain, in a family of farmers and fishers, where the only way that food is produced is naturally and organically. Their food was made up of seasonal, organic produce, which was cultivated, reared, slaughtered and fished locally, often by himself or his own family. It was a culture where, no matter how much or how little money one had, food was the epicentre of family culture, with generations gathering together around a big family table.
This philosophy is brought to life in the simple, delicious and enjoyable food that is served up every day at Little Saint. While growing up Santi’s nickname was Santiño which means Little Saint and this formed the inspiration for a restaurant that is founded around principles of goodness, freshness and deliciousness.
Little Saint is open for breakfast and lunch from Monday to Saturday, and dinner from Thursday to Saturday.
