Belly of the Beast will be a 20-seater restaurant situated in the heart of Cape Town that will specialize in sophisticated food & wine pairing experiences. The menu will change on a daily basis and according to whatever the chefs can grow, find, source or steal.
The vision is a restaurant which can only seat 20 guests per evening offering a food and wine experience as part of a daily set menu. All customers will receive a personalised service as the food and wine will be presented by the two chefs themselves.
