This experience is perfect for a group of friends or as a corporate team building exercise. Under the watchful eye of our culinary team, you will create beautiful dishes and learn valuable skills. In these intimate classes you are given the opportunity to prepare a tantalising three course meal with hands-on guidance.
A bespoke menu will be created for you, with special non-alcoholic beverage pairings created by our barista. After the class, guests are invited to the 126 Chef’s Table to enjoy the fruits of their labour. You’ll be given the opportunity to assist the chefs making final preparations to your dishes.
The Master Class is available from Monday to Saturday at lunch for a maximum of eight people. This interactive, learning experience costs R395 per person and includes refreshments, full morning master class, three course menu, non-alcoholic beverages paired to each course, coffee and chocolates.
