Mantra Café is a chic beachside restaurant situated on Camps Bay’s vibrant Victoria Road. Located on the first floor of a contemporary glass fronted building, Mantra Café offers unobstructed, breathtaking views of Camps Bay beach.
The first restaurant and bar by Melissa’s, Mantra Café offers a sophisticated yet laid back dining experience with a classic, uncomplicated menu. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood, a mouthwatering Sirloin, a thin-crust wood fired pizza or a light salad, Mantra Café has something for everyone. Join us with a bunch of friends, for a romantic dinner or simply off the beach after a long, lazy day in the sun.
The décor combines pieces by local carpenters, craftsmen and artists with a light colour palette, copper detailing and raw textures. The interiors work in tandem with the incredible beach views to create a light, airy and relaxed feel. At the entrance to the restaurant is a small retail store where one can browse Melissa’s range of gourmet food products, unique homeware and gifts.
Mantra Café serves breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner as well as a full bar menu with a selection of cocktails including our signature Mantra Gin Fizz. Open from 9am til 9.30pm, seven days a week.
