Moms take centre stage at a Mother’s Day Sensory Luncheon to be staged in The Atlantic on 14 May 2017.
The luncheon is enhanced with invigorating fresh and natural scents inspired by The Table Bay’s boutique fragrance range, KAAP. A bespoke South African Fragrance, expressed in 100% natural botanical ingredients from the Cape. Top notes of fresh green sweet verbena, a herbaceous blue rosemary and wild thyme continue throughout, while the heart of indigenous geranium anchors the fragrance and extends through the illuminating base of lavender. These same notes are planted in the southern-hemisphere, the ‘Kaap’ which gives this fragrance range its name. The scents will be delivered in various ways to accentuate how they are perceived while complementing the flavours and aromas of the food. The Mother’s Day Sensory Luncheon is family friendly and activities will be available for young guests. The cost per person is R525 and includes a glass of bubbly on arrival and a gift for mom.
