The new summer menu at TerraDelCapo Antipasto Bar at Anthonij Rupert in Franschhoek is everything you’d hope it to be, fresh, flavourful and centred around the best local produce.
A menu that screams summer, it features a variety of scrumptious salads. Notably the Vignarola salad is a seasonal celebration of asparagus, broad beans, artichokes and peas. This salad goes especially well with a glass of Protea Sauvignon Blanc!
