NEW Tasting Menu Special at Makers Landing with The Fementary by Sepial

The Fementary by Sepial at Makers Landing beckons this winter with a tantalizing Korean dining experience.

Available Wednesday through Friday, their Han Sang Charim set menu special promises a culinary journey through Korean flavors for R370 pp.

What can you expect?

  • Each set includes a hearty bowl of multi-grain rice, complemented by a daily soup or broth, a choice of succulent protein, and an array of traditional side dishes like kimchi and cucumber-and-seaweed salad. For dessert, indulge in delights such as mochi donuts or refreshing matcha ice cream, adding a sweet finish to your meal.

Multi-grain rice: a blend of a few of the following: white, brown and black rice, quinoa, barley, oats, red beans, mung beans and millet

Broth/soup/stew of the dayChicken broth with lightly spiced onion seasoning / (Pescatarian) Miso soup with cape bream and shiitake mushrooms /  (Vegan) Vegetable doenjang soup

Main of the day

  • Beef bulgogi – beef marinaded with Korean bbq sauce
  • Spicy pork – slow cooked pork and root vegetables in gochujang-based sweet &
    spicy sauce
  • [Vegan] Tofu kimchi – blanched tofu with stir fried kimchi

Three Sides from below will be selected by chef based on today’s main and broth
