One&Only dinner with Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai – Chef Hervé Courtot

For just six nights only, from the 17th to the 22nd of September, Nobu Cape Town will be hosting the renowned Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai – Chef Hervé Courtot.

Chef Hervé has close to 20 years of Nobu experience, and has worked alongside world-class Chef Nobu himself. Nobu guests are sure to be in for a treat as Chef Hervé has curated a special Omakase menu for guests to indulge in. An Omakase menu is a menu that is designed from the Chef’s heart, providing diners with a oncein a lifetime meal.

Diners can expect a one on one interaction with Chef Hervé as he takes them through his personally created Omakase menu. He will also tailor each menu to the diner’s specific dietary requirements and be able to make the perfect Nobu moment for them.

Guests will be wowed with dishes such as Seabass with coriander dressing and sakura salt, and slow cooked black cod in dashi and milk. These dishes will all be once off editions, and a highlight for any Nobu lover. This once off experience will cost R2 100 per person, and booking is essential.
