PERFECT PAELLA – a fitting name for the Cape Town based company that is bringing authentic paella pans to South Africa, allowing you to create “the perfect paella” in the comfort of your own home.
Owned by Jose and Lisa Gomez, the two are South Africans giving us the opportunity to own authentic paella pans and tools, and are making it their mission to teach us the fine art of cooking in the traditional Spanish way!
Their bi-monthly cooking classes include a Flamenco show by Solo Flamenco or a spot of mystical magic by Russel Fox. You will learn tips and techniques and have the opportunity to taste fabulous dishes from all over Spain, and learn a little Spanish here and there!
