With plant based eating trending, Ginger & Lime Food Studio is hopping on the healthy bandwagon, adding to their repertoire of Thai, Italian and South African-inspired interactive cooking classes. Why not try something new?
On 25 October from 10am-1pm, Natalie Larsen, a passionate foodie, classically trained chef, world traveller and qualified Integrative Nutrition health coach will take guests through plant based eating.
Nathalie loves to eat a wholesome, mostly planted-based diet, free from processed foods and artificial ingredients wherever possible.
She says: “To know where our food comes from and the impact our choices have on the environment, is a massive first step. From there, we choose life-giving whole foods that are bursting with energy and natural nutrition, and we’re on our way!”
