Nestled between the Palmiet Mountains of the Overberg region is Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate, where fine wine meets exquisite dining. This Walker Bay luxury estate in Hermanus is home to the Benguela Cove Manor Restaurant, known for the chef’s extraordinary flavour combinations.
Executive chef Annie Badenhorst finds her culinary inspiration from the Manor’s bold architecture, artistic design and various art pieces adorning the restaurant. With Arabian chandeliers swaying from the ceiling, diners can delight in a fresh ocean breeze from the patio and the stunning views of the Bot River Lagoon.
The cuisine is deliciously prepared from fresh, local produce to create French and English inspired menus. An a la carte or chef’s tasting menu is expertly paired with complimentary Benguela Cove estate wines for guests to enjoy while dining.
