It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.
Chapter One
Chapter One is a modern, casual and multi-cultural dining experience right in the heart of Cape Town’s food district on the ever popular Kloof Street!
Chef Brandon Erasmus, whom Eloise & Jason worked alongside at De Grendel Wine Farm, found his passion for food when he attended studies at The School of Skills under the mentorship of Xenophon De Jongh and soon thereafter found himself working with South Africa’s top Chefs Mike Basset and Chris Erasmus.
In the coming years, Brandon quickly climbed the culinary ladder by working at world-renowned restaurants such as Signal, Dash, The Test Kitchen & Potluck Club and Myoga.
Eloise, Jason and Brandon have joined forces once again to bring you unique small plates and tapas experience that boasts not only exceptional food but the perfect ambience in an inspirational setting. The interior and furniture that is of simple tones and materials were all created by local craftsman and having a seating of only 30 pax, Chapter One is perfect for families and for those who want to socialise or relax late into the evening.
How to book?
This year, Chapter One will be part of Restaurant Week (1 April – 15 May) offering a delicious 4 course lunch & dinner menu including welcome drink for only R450.
