Proudly wearing the crown as this family owned estate’s flagship red wine for over two decades, the Tiara 2009 competed against 8 200 wines and spirits from 50 producer countries in this prestigious competition held in Bratislava, Slovakia.
On the local front this wine was also awarded a Gold medal by the 2012 Veritas Wine Awards. “Great harmony, intensity and elegance are what we strive for when crafting our flagship red and there is no room for compromise on quality,” says Simonsig cellarmaster Johan Malan.
