John VZ (ex Thali / Chefs Warehouse) is hosting a dinner with Ginger & Lime to share culinary delights inspired by his recent travels.

About John: 

After completing his diploma at the Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA) in Stellenbosch, John learned what being a chef is really about at Round House restaurant. After 6 eye-opening months, he found himself at the renowned Chef’s Warehouse – where his real food journey began.

John then became involved in the opening and running of Thali (Gardens, Cape Town), a hugely exciting venture with a passionate team. Recently John has been very busy gathering more inspiration for future projects through travel and exploration, with this Ginger and Lime event showcasing his knowledge and appreciation of Spanish Tapas.
