- Thunderstone Rose paired with a sweet and creamy strawberry milkshake tartlet. Decorated with strawberries and white chocolate.
- Acheulean Chardonnay paired with a lemon meringue tartlet with flavours of burnt lemon and sugar introduced into the meringue. Garnished with a thinly sliced lemon, roasted and glazed.
- Thunderstone Red paired with a rich, sweet, dried fruit and date tartlet with a slightly salted and peppered crust. Garnished with a salted caramel shard.
- Arenite Syrah paired with a dark chocolate tartlet with a bitter chocolate crust and some licorice notes. Garnished with a light dusting of cinnamon.
