- Kick off the culinary journey with the refreshing Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2024, paired with a delicious skewer of melon, prosciutto, basil, and bocconcini, drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
- The experience continues with the iconic 100th vintage of Alto Rouge 2022, which complements the rich flavors of seared beef, caramelized onion, and rosa tomato served on a crispy bruschetta.
- Next, guests will savour the Shiraz 2019 paired with a pulled lamb shoulder raviolo, finished with sundried tomatoes, olives, and crispy capers for a truly Italian touch.
- To round off the tasting, enjoy the award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, served with a biltong and parmesan arancini ball accompanied by mushroom and truffle aioli.
