Kuan Kitchen Club celebrates the launch of their Master Asian cooking class series at Ginger & Lime Food Studio with an interactive sushi-making class on the 24th of July from 11h30. Here you will master the art of cooking sushi to archive ultimate perfection when it comes to sushi rice.

Royal Umbrella Jasmine Rice will be served Japanese Style Golden Garlic Fried Rice with Miso Soup to accompany the lunch. Chef Kuanlai flamboyant personality and wicked humour will take your on a non stop entertaiment gastronamic journey that will evoke all your senses.
Ginger & Lime food studio will give you a sensory welcome drink, as well as wine throughout your class which will be paired with the sushi that you will learn to make. Each participant will receive a set of recipes , chef apron , kitchen tea towel and other goodies courtesy from Spekko Rice.
