Many fine-dining establishments currently offer a tasting menu apart from their normal a la carte menu. What I love about tasting menus is that you can enjoy several of the chef’s favourite dishes in one dinner sitting. These courses are often paired beautifully with South African wines and the prices are often not too expensive.
