The team at Chapmans Peak Hotel are back in business and look forward to welcoming you once again! They have put strict hygiene protocols in place for your peace of mind:
- No mask no entry. They will have disposable masks for sale in the event that you have forgotten yours.
- Reduced capacity throughout the restaurant to ensure personal space is not compromised and to allow for social distancing.
- Complete and sign a questionnaire
- Temperature to be scanned with a thermal scanner
- If a guest’s temperature is high (exceeds 37.5dc) and / or they have symptoms of a cold / flu they will be disallowed to proceed to restaurant.
- Multiple sanitizer stations in and around the public areas, including the bar, kitchen and scullery, with staff required to wash and sanitizer their hands after touching any crockery, cutlery or glassware.
- Credit card machines and bill folders disinfected and wiped after each use.
- All doors, handles, surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day.
