Lewis Gordon is the head chef at BREAD Cafe, a cafe, deli and boulangerie in Cape Town’s trendy Woodstock district. Lewis has had a blistering start to his cooking career – since graduating from the College of Cape Town in 2007, he has worked at renowned local restaurants Manolo, Nova, Myoga and Reubens. He once had the privilege of meeting and cooking for Spanish celebrity chef Farran Adria (of el Bulli fame).
Today, he heads up BREAD Café, offering a seasonal menu of well-designed dishes, a selection of deli items, and a French style boulangerie offering breads and pastries baked freshly on the premises.
