An array of different flavours, tastes and cooking styles will be on show in the Ginger & Lime kitchen in the next few weeks. Let Denise teach you how to prepare simple, delicious food, with like-minded people who share a passion for food and cooking, and a desire to learn new skills. If you don’t enjoy cooking, you can still join to meet new people and enjoy a great meal, the choice is yours!
During May, the classes kick off with an Asian influence, where guest chef Liam Tomlin will present his tapas course. With winter approaching, seasonal ingredients are placed on show on the 17th of May, while it’s all about curries on the next day. Showcasing local cuisine with Gordon Wright is also on the cards, while Juan Vais will be in the kitchen to teach you traditional Argentinian dishes. A cooking course focusing on Mediterranean flavours will bring the month to an end.
Each cooking course can be booked for R575 per person which includes all ingredients, recipe and lots of wine.
