Hilton Cape Town City Centre continues to refine its guest experience with the unveiling of a new look and feel at Signal Hill Terrace, the hotel’s popular outdoor restaurant.
New furnishings, decor and the addition of live music have enhanced the look and atmosphere by creating a trendier, more contemporary al fresco setting.
“Our vision was to create an open air lounge to take full advantage of the wonderful summer weather and enjoy views of Signal Hill and the beautiful Bo-Kaap. The space is geared towards enticing guests with a laid back ambience, in a beautiful venue, where they can enjoy a cocktail by the pool with friends or simply relax after a long day of business meetings or travel,” said Markus Fritz, General Manager at Hilton Cape Town City Centre.
“Our inspiration was derived from our guests as we listened to their feedback and understood what they are looking for when dining out in Cape Town. The menu at Signal Hill Terrace provides a myriad of delicious food choices that can be savoured outside on the terrace, while enjoying our signature shisha,” added Fritz.
The season’s celebration will continue into the New Year as the team unveils a programme of special events starting on 17 January 2013 with Jess Yallup and her acoustic interpretation of Rock & Folk Classics. Guests will also be able to enjoy cocktails during Happy Hour on Thursdays and a North Indian curry buffet every Wednesday night, as part of the all-encompassing al fresco experience.
