There is nothing better than sitting under the leafy green trees at High Constantia on a breezy summer’s day listening to the skilful and harmonious sounds of the Ubuntu Trio Orchestra. Raith Gourmet would like to welcome the Ubuntu Trio Orchestra every second Saturday starting from the 31 January 2015. High Constantia has always been such a beautiful venue for such an event, and we would like to welcome our guests to sit back and unwind every second Saturday with Raith Gourmet and the Ubuntu Trio Orchestra.
Originating from the townships, the orchestra has provided many great opportunities for aspiring classical musicians to showcase their talents where they were previously not able too. The High Constantia Village has opened up their doors and will be providing the backdrop to this musical affair.
Crispy Pork Knuckle Special
In conjunction with the orchestra, we will be running an irresistible Crispy Pork Knuckle special. Served with bread dumplings, sauerkraut and gravy for only R85.00 – this promises to be a popular option on our Saturday lunch menu. Guests can also enjoy some of the finest South African wines and authentic German beer with their lunch.
